Ordering liquid cylinder repair parts from Ratermann Manufacturing is as easy as 1-2-3. The first step is to determine what brand and model container you have – this is done by looking at the D.O.T. plate located on one of the stanchions holding up the Halo Ring. From the D.O.T. or Data plate you can find the manufacturer, the model number, and the serial number of the container.
The second step is to bring up the Dewar Parts Illustration Guide, where you can find the different liquid cylinder makes and models in blow-up schematic form with numbers assigned to each part. The Dewar Schematics will help you find your container and the numbers will correspond to the easy to find part IDs for quick and easy ordering.
The third and last step in ordering the parts you need is to contact Ratermann Manufacturing, either on line or by phone. Give the customer service department the part numbers you need and before you know it they will be at your receiving station and ready to install so you can get your inoperable container working again.
