All sales of products by Ratermann Manufacturing, Inc. are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Sign Builder - Approving data content: This is the quickest turnaround. Click here to use our experienced staff to design the layout. You are confirming that the data filled out is the correct data to print and you do not need an exact artwork layout. Please proceed with printing. Please carefully review. All custom printed production specifications are not returnable for refund or credit.
 
Product Orders: We will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, however, Ratermann Manufacturing, Inc. cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product. Ratermann Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time without notice. Upon receipt of your order, Ratermann Manufacturing, Inc. will send you confirmation that your order has been accepted by fax or email. Such confirmation will contain a copy of these terms & conditions. Signs ship typically 5-7 business days ARO.

Please review the displayed artwork. All artwork proofs must be signed and returned with approval or revisions to be made as soon as possible. Production cannot  proceed until we receive your signed approval. Delay in  returning the signed proofs will result in an extended  production period. Please also note that customer orders may have a +/- 10% of production quantities. Ratermann Manufacturing, Inc. will not be responsible for errors undetected but approved by customer.
